Customers must use all products responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Any illegal, harmful, or criminal use of our products is strictly prohibited. Customers are solely responsible for any misuse and its consequences under applicable law.

Pre-order Policy
Ordering process, payment and deliveryHow to Place a Pre-order
Even if your preferred knife model is currently out of stock, you can still pre-order it through BLADE HUB. Simply send us a clear picture of the desired knife or its model name. We will check its availability and provide you with the price and other necessary details.
Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment of the total product price is required to confirm a pre-order. The remaining 50% can be paid once you receive the product.
Estimated Delivery Time
After a pre-order is confirmed, the product generally takes 20–25 days to arrive in Bangladesh. Once it arrives, an additional 2–3 days are required for delivery to the customer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Product Restock Information
Availability and restocking updatesOut of Stock Products
Products marked as “Out of Stock” are generally expected to be restocked within 20–25 days. However, the restocking time may vary depending on product availability and shipping conditions.
